15/20 minutes with a doctor who knows cannabinoids: medical history, treatments already tried, goals. If the treatment is right for you, the doctor prescribes strain, form and dosage.

We send the prescription to an authorised partner pharmacy that prepares the medicine, then we ship it to your home: 8–10 working days on average.

What is The Hemp Club Milano?
Milan’s first Medical Cannabis Social Club: an association that guides its members through treatment with medical cannabis, from the medical visit to delivering the medicine to their door.
How much does it cost?
Membership is valid for the whole calendar year and costs €1.00; with the medical visit included, €51.00. Shipping your treatment costs €20.00, and a paper prescription €10.00.
How does signing up work?
Create your account and confirm your email. Choose your membership, pay through VivaWallet, then complete and sign the membership documents in the portal. After verification you can use the members area and book your visit.
How long does verification take?
Usually 24–48 working hours from payment. When your profile is active, you’ll get an email.
How does the visit work?
It lasts 15/20 minutes with a doctor experienced in cannabinoid therapy. They assess your case and, if the treatment is appropriate, prescribe medical cannabis. You choose the date and time in the members’ area.
How do I receive the medicine?
We send the prescription to an authorised partner pharmacy, which prepares the medicine. Then we ship it to your home, tracked: 8–10 working days on average.
Which conditions might it help with?
For example chronic pain, anxiety and stress, insomnia, chemotherapy side effects, multiple sclerosis, migraine, period pain, joint inflammation, irritable bowel and nausea. The doctor will assess whether it’s right for you during the visit.
Can I reschedule or cancel my visit?
Yes, from the members’ area, at least 24 hours in advance: out of respect for the doctor and the other members.
How can I pay?
With the main credit and debit cards and with digital payments, through the secure VivaWallet platform.
Is the membership fee refundable?
Yes, if your membership application isn’t accepted. Once your profile has been verified and activated, the annual fee is non-refundable.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Personal and health data are processed in line with the GDPR; uploaded documents are stored encrypted and only the club’s authorised staff can see them.
Is there legal support?
Yes: the club has agreements with specialist lawyers who offer members legal advice and representation on medical cannabis.
Who can prescribe medical cannabis?
Any registered doctor, GP or specialist. At the club you’ll find doctors who know it well.
Is it reimbursed by the National Health Service?
It depends on the Region and the condition: some Regions reimburse it for specific indications; otherwise you pay for it.
Can I get it without a prescription?
No: it’s a medicine and you need a prescription. “Light” products are not medicines, and since 2025 the industrial hemp flower supply chain has been banned (the law is before the Constitutional Court).
Can I drive?
Since 14 December 2024 the law no longer requires proven impairment, but the Constitutional Court (ruling 10/2026) has clarified that you are punished only if you drive while the substance can still alter your psychophysical state: a positive test for use from days earlier is not enough. Keep your prescription and treatment plan with you, talk to your doctor and, if you feel the effects, don’t drive.
Can I take it when I travel?
Within the Schengen area, yes, with the certificate provided for by Article 75 of the Schengen Agreement, valid for up to 30 days. Outside Schengen, check with the embassy first.
What’s happening with Bedrocan?
In October 2026 Bedrocan’s Dutch companies went bankrupt: 2027 supplies are uncertain. If you use a Bedrocan variety, ask your doctor for a backup plan: switching strain requires a new prescription.
